RBG's team of ACMG and IFMGA Certified guides will take you on a private tour designed for your group' specific goals and experience level at Rogers Pass. Be sure to include as much details as possible for our guide team to deliver the goods. 

* What if it gets weird? * Your guide will choose the most appropriate venue for the given conditions. Come prepared to ski and let us take care of the details. If the weather/highway/avalanche conditions are not suitable for Rogers Pass, your guides will deliver a backcountry experience in the RMR Backcountry or Local Tour (lift passes available at a highly discounted rate)


ITINERARY

0730 Your guide will pick you up at your accommodation, please have boots off, but be otherwise ready to ski get in the vehicle. 

There we'll cover the following:

  1. Meet your guide(s) and get a brief overview of the day
  2. Sign Waiver and Assumption of Risk Form
  3. Distribute lunches and check equipment
  • We'll drive 45 minutes East to Glacier National Park and spend the day exploring the renowned Rogers Pass. The exciting and varied terrain of Rogers Pass offers everything from high alpine glaciers to old growth tree skiing. 
  • Ascents at Rogers Pass typically involve a minimum of 1100m/3500ft of ascent and descent. 

INCLUDES

  • Freshly made lunches from La Baguette or Terra Firma Kitchen
  • 5:1 Maximum guiding ratio 
  • Glacier National Park Entry Fees and Restricted Area Permits 

GEAR LIST

We recommend using your own 3 antenna transceiver, shovel and probe, but if you do not have a suitable equipment, we'll provide basic equipment (Mammut Element Transceiver, shovel, and probe) if required.


  • Touring Skis or Splitboard and Skins       
  • Poles (adjustable or fixed length with powder baskets)

  • Warm hat

  • Goggles

  • Backpack (25 - 40L)

  • Helmet (recommended)

  • Additional insulating layer 

  • Water (1 - 2L)

  • 2 pairs of gloves (one light pair for uphill and a warmer pair for downhill)

  • Sunglasses and Uphill Hat (helmet stays stowed for uphill)

  • Additional Snack Food (bars, specialty snacks, etc.)
